                   DO YOU THINK YOU ARE HEALTHY?

What does it mean to be healthy for you? Think of it! 
Health means differently to different people. A person is called healthy if he is free from any sort of mental and physical ailments. According to the World Health Organization(WHO), health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being not merely the absence of disease and infirmity. Biologically, it is a dynamic condition resulting from body's constant adjustments and adaptations in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an inner equilibrium called homeostasis. Thus, being healthy broadly means maintaining this complete wellness in one's lifestyle.

With passing time the meaning of being healthy has changed drastically. Being healthy is not restricted to just being disease free, rather it refers to being physically fit, mentally stable and socially happy. Health at individual level depends on many factors:
  • Physical environment
  • Social environment
  • Individual Lifestyle
Health should be something to be cared for all the individuals.
